A security audit of Paramiko, an open-source Python SSHv2 implementation, identified multiple security findings. The audit, conducted by Quarkslab and Alpha-Omega, revealed issues in cryptographic configurations, deprecated protocols, and key exchange methods. Fixes are included in the upcoming Paramiko 5.0 release.
